The Rutherford County Chess Club (R.C.C.C.) meets on Fridays at 7:00 P.M. at Grace Lutheran Church (map), 811 East Clark Boulevard, Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

Club meetings are open to the public, and players of all ages and skill levels are welcome to attend our informal club meetings. Instruction for beginners is available, and we also offer standard tournament chess equipment. At 7:00 P.M., we typically play casual games, including blitz (G/5) and quick (G/15), as well as longer games. However, the use of a clock is not required at club meetings.

The R.C.C.C. is an affiliate of the U.S.C.F., and in addition to our major tournaments, we hold U.S.C.F. Quick tournaments throughout the year. See our Tournaments page for tournament schedules, and check the maps for directions to the club and tournament sites.

Please refer to our F.A.Q. page, if there are any questions that we haven't answered elsewhere. For general questions about club activities, you may contact the club by mail at Post Office Box 1593, Murfreesboro, Tennessee 37133, and please address all correspondence to our President, Robert Guthrie. Or, you may send an email to our President, using the link on the left.
